Prices of drugs when ships arrive

"When a boat arrives, the price of the drug that the boat trade, will raise on the market." This is what says in The Docks, and this is the second time they come down. I just want to know if this is going to still happen for the next days, because I allready lost lots of money when I sold my anphets at a lower price at the docks that the price I bought in the drug dealler, my mistake not noticing. If you want to make a new rule, please advise players and change what is written in that sentence, thanks for your time *
