the ticket system has changed?
because sometimes i´m receiving 1 ticket every 20 tc minutes (as usual) and other times i´m receiving 1 ticket per 30 tc minutes...

You get 1 ticket each 5 real minutes. You cannot accumulate more then 200 tickets.

I know that. Lets say, i had 10 tickets. I received 1 ticket at 10.00 tc time... 5real minutes is 20tc minutes. It means that at 10.20 tc time i should receive another one... But no, i only received the 2nd ticket at 10.29 tc time

Hello, in order to find out the solution for your issue the best thing to do in this case is to send a ticket to the support please explain this issue as more detailed as possible.
