Gang Robery Failed

I have 2 members. Tried to rob money changer, but got nabbed by police. Why did this happen?

Is it because of the difficulties? Anything got to do with my respect and strength?

Yes, if your robbery succed or not it depends on your stats /inteligence, strenght, tolerance/ and weapons which add you strenght and tolerance.
