Hi there , before new day at around 10:20-10:30 i had around 123 tickets , on new day 30-40 mins later i had just 130-133 , so i dont see my 15 tickets come through ? can some one help me please ?

i could be mistaken but im sure they did not arrive. thank you

Are you sure that you have bought V.I.P 2 - because these 15 tickets as a plus its only available in V.I.P 2 make sure you are not using the wrong V.I.P pack.
