Ok, I dunno how to design, maybe you can design better, this is my simple concept for badges that I've suggested.

umm, i will brainstorm and share later on, for the recruiter badge i recruited a friend through a link they got to level 3 and im already a businessman lvl 9 and i havent received the badge, how does that work 'recruiter badge' ?

all the top country medals are the same. so, what I propose, instead of that blue colour they are now, make a country flag.
