hello, why does my extra drug production doesn't work properly ? i have bought them, and today i don't have an extra 200% production, only the base ? "extra hours" haven't expired yet.

if it's necessary, i can put some screenshots.


edit. i bought another item, another 'extra hours' for 500 000 000$, i lost that money and 50k respect and it still doesn't work ! i'm preparing for the next ship so i will lose even more. hope you give me back either money or respect.
