New beta up and running!

A new beta is up and running. This version contains everything that will be in Round 23. Check it out and test it!

Please test as much as you can. If you find anything that doesn't work as expected report it.

A "small" change didn't make it to the beta, unfortunately. The weapon data for the new weapons system didn't get all the way. The issue has now been resolved so when you buy a new weapon now in beta, it will behave exactly as it will round 23 in TC.
