I got banned because of the game bug, filmed the bug!

I entered the rave as usual, bought booze and when I clicked exit, it was in loop! get out, gets in, gets out, gets in ... I filmed to report the bug.
I closed the browser, opened it again and when opening thecrims.com appears that I was banned! with so much bots in this game, got banned because of a bug that is the fault of the one who made the game. not mine fault!

¨For bot or bug usage it's at least round ban, or perm if continue¨ I never used bot and didn't find a bug, only thing I've seen often it's ¨method not allowed¨ but don't know why.
