Stamina charging depends on how high or low your spirit is. Your Stamina will recover quickly, about 1 point per minute (it used to be more if you were clicking around and active; I am not sure now) if your spirit is Very High.

If your spirit is very low, it will take hours or even days to get back to 100%. Go to a rave or nightclub in the Nightlife section and do some drugs to get your spirit back up. Doing drugs also gives you stamina directly, but be careful because you can overdose if you do too much.

Eventually drugs will have less effect on your character once you are addicted and you will have to do more and more of them. At this point you should go to the hospital and detox.
