New drug suggestion (Nicotin)

You know, i was thinking about this and it just hit me, i think Nicotin should be a drug in this game, you could make Illegal Cigarettes with it, a new factory would produce, i think the price range could be like GHB or LSD
It could benefit from every robbery that gives resources, there could an event to smuggle Illegal Cigarettes (or just Cigarettes) across the border, maybe even use it as a drug to restore something, altough i think that's a bit much
