[Beta] No Trusted Member Button

Please enlight me if this is a new feature or a bug.
First gang created in beta, I can give trusted member to my self, after that I dissolve the gang to join virtual gang for robberies. Then I create a second new gang, the trusted member button is nowhere to be found.
If this is a bug, then I hope it is fixed, and if it is a new feature then please enlight me about this.
