    As a planning member is effectively a crew member is entitled to play with other player?

    Hello, ChiSiTu.

    You don't have to be a crew member to be on the planning team so it's allowed to play and earn medals because they don't have any information from other player accounts. Only crew members cannot earn medals or play with other players.
