Opening a new thread since you close the previous one w/o letting me reply...

I've tried to raise an incident via your support provider and I don't receive any email notification to enable the thread and continue the dialogue.

The initial chatbox on the site UI is limited by # of characters.

Could you please troubleshoot if the email notification went through for the incidents raised by "Whale" since I didn't receive anything on my end?
