New player looking for advice.

Posting because the forum shows posts which i would "assume" are out of date?

Just looking for advice as to how to join a gang when they all reject / have insane respect levels.
Also - whats the best way to raise respect? trying to get level 5, and feel as a pimp, the best way is robbing safe deposit?
Struggling to find many active uk players at the moment.
