    it would be good to have a category in the TOP search filter specifically for non vip users !

    reward medal is it already exist! It`s necesary just to have that category non vip in top :P

    Yes, it already does.

    But I think it's fair that the winner of the "no vip" category should receive, in addition to the "medal", a credit reward, for example.
