how can i change my avitar. and how do you kill someone with a bounty out for them

right to change your avitar you click on hospital m8 then plastic surgary , upload your own avitar or select one of the given , oh and to kill a player with a bounty on them is the same as anyone else you have to get a rel with them and have the stats to back yourself up an kill them best of luck some bountys are harder than others
