I know that the more u spends money, the less respect but is there any other way to decrease more than 1000 respect at a time?

No there isn't any other way than money.
Hint: If you have buildings, and you don't need them anymore.. sell all buildings and buy drugs or stats (I recommend strenght - it will lower your intelligence) for money you will get from them.. this way your respect will decrease tooHere to help

So you can 1v1 people with same respect and know you will win, aslong as they arnt all just STR and TOL
