how can i have my nick back ...

so my acc 'cienqi' was banned like 10 editions ago. and i think it should be unbanned someday but i guess it was deleted or something . there is acc named 'cienqi' but someone stoled my nick also when i take lost password and i'll write there my mail adress on whichc this acc was registered it says 'Your email address could not be found. Please make sure that the email address that you have entered is correct.' So how can i have my nick back ? as u can see i have forum acc with my nick.
