About Rounds

I was Wondering,Since i am New and Well...I know Most Stuff alrdy
But i dont know what are Rounds...
How do they work?what do they change?What happens when One round Ends? and Stuff like that

For example, this round have 184 days (of game).. it will end today.. and restart..well.. we dont know yet when it will restart...

if the game didnt have rounds, young players like you will never reach the top, right? so thats round are for... when the new round restart, everything will be back to 0 (zero).. only credits stays.. everything will restart, like first time...
