why it is very low>>> and how can i increase it or improve it

your spirit gets low when you dont take drugs often, all you need to do to keep your spirit high is to take drugs

go to nighlife, enter a raveparty and buy some drugs your stamina AND spirit will increase.

CAUTION:
1. Don't take any more drugs if your stamina is at 100% -you will die of overdose

2. Don't take too many drugs - again, you will die of OD

TIP: 1 unit of weed charges you with 1 stamina... So enter the rave at 30% stamina, buy 70weed and u get to 100% :P
Different drugs have different power, try experimenting a bit
