Right, everyone who plays this game (who isnt deluded) knows how much of a waste of time this stupid green medal (midalj) is.
Heres the idea of how things should work.
1. Gangs earn "points" for each successful robbery they create.
Forex = 1 Point
Bank = 2 Point
VT = 3 Point
Fed = 4 Point
FK = 10 Point
2. Gangs earn points from Successful GA vs Player
They can earn different amounts of point depending on rank of the player they hit (or you could make it by the strength of the player they hit)
3. Gangs earn points from Successful GA vs Gang
Again can earn different amounts of point depending on the size/strength of the gang they hit.
4. Gangs earn point for each day that it is created
So the longer the days they are active the more they create, you could also make it so that if a player has xxx amount of players it earns higher amount of points per day
5. Gangs earn points from successful quests they complete as a gang
Obviously for this to work, new quests would need to be created, and much harder, but its sure possible and its something new for players to do in the game, and again bringing people together giving them more reason to create gangs. They would get points for each quest completed, and as the quests get harder, the points payout gets bigger.
6. Gangs earn points for amount of Members in final gang
As raised below, this would also be required to stop leaders only inviting close friends when it comes to the final day. The amount of points per member obviously shouldn't be too high so that we don't end up with a system like we do right now.
In order for all this to work, gangs would need to be assigned IDs which would stay with them. The gang would belong to original creator, but this could then be passed onto anyone throughout the game as they wished.
