Round 78 changes

- gang assaults without changes
- single assaults 1v1 - wounded 10% kill 5% (without 6h limit)
- rave names without changes (normally raves)
- all gang robberies available day 1
- old system hookers/ builidings (need % up for that)
- add Sabotage again (for destroy Hookers,Builidings,Drugs in Dealer)

I beat u in round 76 and 75 in raves. U pay me credits for relations. Im not cry u always cry If u have any problems make a TEAM and beat us. TheCrims is alwyas TEAM PLAY and always TEAM win in this game. Just make a team is not hard And stop cry. If u are best hunter why not beat others 1v1 faster than someone put GA on you ?
