how can i kill the guys in the bounty board?

im a newbie and want to know how to target the guys in the bounty board? i tried to check the game guide but i dont see the bounty on the navigation

In order to kill a player that has a bounty reward on his head, you must try to assault him like every other normal player. By having a solid or a temporary relation with him. The chances of success are very small however.
